Facility Condition Assessments (FCA)

An independent assessment of the condition of sites, utilities, buildings, structures, and major systems so owners can prioritize corrective work and capital investment.

  • Visual inspections, interviews, document review, and condition-data research

  • Critical deficiencies identified for immediate decision-making
  • Estimated corrective costs and lifecycle implications

A physical and records-based inventory that confirms each real property asset exists, matches the owner's record, and contains the information necessary to manage it.
